Chris Genovese is a Washington DC Metro-area native who has called Frederick, MD home since 2002. He met his wife Kristie in 1993 and they married in 2000. They have three amazing children: Anthony, Marissa & Isabella. Chris is passionate about serving all people equally.

Chris started his career in finance back in 1997 with Chevy Chase Bank. With over 20 years’ experience in lending, he has helped clients from all states on the East coast with a primary focus on Maryland, Pennsylvania & Virginia.

Mission Statement: My goal is to help improve my clients’ lives by supporting them through the home-buying process from start to finish. Negotiating the home purchase is challenging enough; I want the mortgage process to be as seamless as possible. This is achieved by catering to my clients’ personal preferences (online, phone, in-person, etc.) Some lenders simply pass you off to several less-qualified assistants to do all the hard work. This blunt approach is not acceptable- often leading to a frustrating experience with limited accountability. I have partnered with the best support staff in the industry with the track records to prove it. Together we will establish a relationship based on mutual trust and respect for each other’s combined efforts.
